About us

How we jinx!

You know how big companies have a whole marketing department?

We're that, for hire. One person runs your work, and the crew gets built around what the job needs.

The process bends. The standard doesn't.

We have one. We just don't make you live inside it. It stretches when there's time to do the homework. It compresses when the campaign has to launch Friday. A process that can't do both is a policy.

We ask a lot of questions.

What are you reaching for? Where did it stall last time?

Then we move.

Homework is the ideal. Reality sometimes gives you nine days before launch.

We build the team around the answer.

Once we know what we're going after, we shape the crew and the tech to fit it.

When we have to flex...

...we lean on a select set of long time partners and colleagues.

CASE STUDIES

Season 41 on the feed

We cut 5 vertical spots, one per production, for the feed rather than trimming down a horizontal edit. One Think again turn carries all of them. Scroll the phone the way the audience does.

Cost per day. The bag looks expensive. The day is cheap. That’s the argument for someone who hasn’t bought yet, or who left over price.

Days per bag. The engine already knows a bag lasts about 27 days for a given dog. A subscription isn’t cheaper than a one-time order, so its whole value is never running out. The customer who runs out is the one whose delivery interval was a guess.

Portion accuracy. Concentrated food means a smaller scoop than people expect. Overfeeding costs the owner money and it’s bad for the dog. That’s the argument for the customer who already bought.
